Over 20 years' experience in Product, CX and Transformation
I’m Simon Conway. I’m a Journey Management Consultant. And my background is product...
I spent many years working in Product Management, First as a product director in a successful Ed-Tech start up. (alps.education)
For the last 7 years I have worked as consultant (Capgemini, AND Digital) working at large corporations (Primark, Lloyds Banking Group, Unilever, Constellation Brands) as well start-ups an scale -ups.
I have worked in a variety of roles from agile product delivery and product strategy and transformation.
Over time I found my niche at the intersection of Customer Experience and Product Management. I always found where technology, business and customer experience meet is super interesting, because this is where we bring meaning to innovation.
